Coupon weapons! [90 coupons]

Dear GM-s!

I think it is a good idea to make a 90 coupon weapons ( AWM- RD etc.)  permanent. A lot of player have the all 100 coupon weapons. Please think about it. We need permanent Red Dragon skin guns :D
