im starting to have the feeling that these 1:1 supports are auto replies... I want a USEFULL reply for my issue, i keep getting the reply "reinstall the game" but i clearly said that has no use... This 1:1 support gives not enough information and most of all not a valid response to my question(s) nor problem(s)...
