Your own weapon with clan tag & Country flag (Suggestion)

So here my suggestion,

I would like to have a few options from black ops, that you can add your clan name, and a tag (4 letters) and Maybe a flag you want. Like this

You can buy everything, lets say

Clan name = 6900RP

Tag = 4300 RP

Flag = 8900RP

You buy it for 1 weapon, so you can't use it at other weapons.

What do you guys think?
