Can't change my email tied to the account.

Hello, it's evy again.

I were going to change my email, and I wrote in my secret answer and such. 
I also got the email, but when I went to the verify link, it showed up a blank screen.
I tried to send another request to change my email but then it said the email I wanted to change to was in use.
( It's a brand new email btw ) 
I saw a related post to this one but there were only one reply, by a guy that had the same issue.
I hope someone can come up with some suggestions or answers.
