The clan management is pretty incomplete. Here are some changes I recommend to implement. Trust me, I'm an engineer.
Ex-Members
The Clan Leader should have the ability to allow clan lieutenants to view the "ex clan member" tab. It allows for greater flexibility and makes things much easier. When I see someone has left the clan I'm in, I find it very difficult to identify who left.
if you disagree about letting the clan lieutenants see ex clan members, it should be an option.
Rejection 
When you reject an applicant, you should have a dialogue box appear with your reasoning for the rejection. The applicant should receive the message as to why he/she was rejected. Of course you're not bound to have to give a reason, but it makes it much easier to give a good impression. If you don't want to give a reasoning, you could just click "other reasons" or something as such. The main idea is to give the applicant an insight as to why he/she was rejected without going through the annoying part of messaging them if you have any reason to do so.
Again, as being an optional feature, if you don't like it you're not bound to utilize it.
* I know I can send a message to someone I've rejected but it's a pain. I first have to remember the exact IGN of the applicant and then send a <100 character message. That's not cool.
Acceptance
The clan leader should have the ability to set a dialogue box directed to newly accepted applicants. It could be a welcoming message such as "Welcome to the clan! We hope you will enjoy your stay with us" or "Blz fre rb new rich bbl".
Clan announcement
When you log into the game, it would be awesome if the clan automatically sends you a message. A clan daily message obviously set by the clan leader. The function could be used to remind clan members of events they should be aware of, some clan room being planned or whatever. It could be like "Attention clan-mates, be sure to check the crossfire website and check out the latest event 'Giv Alerio fr rb' and don't forget to participate! The rewards are pretty dope". You should get my point because I have not the energy to explain it all with this paragraph as I want to keep this paragraph short and clean without any redundant statements. I hope you understand this habit of mine and respect it as you're still reading this and asking yourself why you'e still continuing even though this is a waste of time. But since you've already reached this point, I would like to congratulate you for getting up to this point. Unfortunately, your effort will be wasted as there's nothing special over here. Thank you very much for your understanding.
Clan application
We really need to be able to create bigger applications. The current application system is way too limited. Increase the character count tenfold at least.
Clan description
Just like the clan application, the clan description needs to have an increase of flexibility. We need the character count increased. It's impossible to have a clan introduction as well as having the clan rules set out there too.
With how things are right now, everything is a mess. It's unorganized. Believe me, it's unorganized. I will make it better. Nobody makes it better than me. I'm the best at making it better. I'm really rich. So believe me, it'll be organized. The clan system is a mess. Everything is wrong. It needs to change. I will change it. I will make it organized. I will fix it. I am a fixer and I have been a fixer all my life.
