Hey today i tried to sign up my team to CFS WARM UP 2016 but it say RESIDENCE ERROR

and the admin told us : Im sorry to inform you, but Egypt is not allowed to play any tournaments in the future..
Publishers decision so why smilegate banned EGYPTIANS ? we don't even have our own crossfire version
so why we are not allowed to compete in europe ?
please i want an answer ... i would understand if you don't want Egypt in the crossfire stars bracket because they are not from Europe BUT BANNING THEM FROM ALL CUPS??? as the esl admin said
please i need an admin to tell why EGYS are banned we follow the rules like any other team so i think this is unfair.
