We are currently looking for additional Forum Moderators! (Must be helpful, love punishment, and aren’t afraid of getting flamed)

Responsibilities:
Forum Moderators oversee specific forums. They are responsible for maintaining the rules of the Forum, encouraging Forum participation, and answering any questions or concerns (to the best of their abilities.)
Forum Moderators generally have the ability to edit and delete posts, move threads, and perform other actions to maintain a certain “order” on the Forums. Becoming a moderator for the Cross Fire Europe Forum is usually awarded to users who are particularly helpful, are extremely active on the Forums and have extensive “Crossfire Europe” knowledge.
Chosen applicants also receive certain “rewards” for their role as Crossfire Europe Forum Moderators – which will be based on their job and performance. (This will be discussed with selected candidates.)
Please note:
Forum Moderators have no in-game power and are not to moderate the game at all! As stated, this position is only for the forums – Until that changes, or the GMs instruct you otherwise, Forum Moderators are to not be the “in-game police.”

#1. In 50 words or more tell us what you do on your spare time (other than playing Crossfire Europe), it could be a hobby, a sport. Describe yourself to us.
#2. Pick a Crossfire Europe issue that you feel is important and discuss the problem a bit. We want to know how you feel about the issues and what you would do about it.
#3. Tell us why we should pick you to be a moderator here and if you have any previous experience in something that could help in this task.
*Short responses will not be tolerated such as (“I wanna be a moderator because I’m PRO”) those types of comments will be ignored and will not even be considered and will be deleted.

Again, this thread will be closed on November 7th. Selected individuals will be notified within 3 days after the closing date. Selected individuals will also be on a trial period for the first month to see if they are qualified for this position. If we find that they are not, they will be kicked and a new moderator from this thread might be selected if needed.
