Unreasonable Ban.

After sending a support ticket first time, I got a very quick reply from them to send my original email made for my account which I did right after I checked their reply and ever since then I haven't received any message from them even though they replied to me very fast first time. Its been a month since my unreasonable ban now and I don't feel like waiting forever for an answer which should have been answered long time ago already.

Long story short, exactly month ago on friday night I was playing in a room with GM when this happened:  

 

 

Right after that GM whispered me and I decided to play along just for fun:

 

 

 

 

I thought we were just friendly messing around with each other, but to my surprise right after that upon my next log in it said that my account is blocked without any notice for how long/why which made me speechless. I've been playing CF EU for more than 4 years and had lots of nice conversations with old GM's, but just after that ''just for fun'' talk with one of our new GM's I got banned for something I haven't even done + even if I had one you would need a proof not just a blank statement. Anyone can say he hacks or frame someone else, but that doesn't mean he actually does and you can make a judgement on that.

In my opinion this was done very unprofessionally and such actions should be directed towards real hackers and not those who have supported your game for years and cleansed it with reports.

I'm willing to forget about this once you undo your wrongfully done action. hope we can solve this peacefully.
