I wrote 2 account admin tickets, explained exactly why I can't write from the registered email adress, both got a "we can not give you any information bla bla not the registered email adress" answer.
Now I wrote the 1:1 support, they told me to send an account admin ticket explaining why I can't write from the registered email adress, which I already did 2 times, I now did a 3rd time.
The answer once again the same.
I did everything exactly as the 1:1 support told me, included information ranging from the very first ingame name, to the original email, offered to verify that I am the owner of the email, even offered to send a picture of my ID-card which features the exact same name my previous tickets and email adress had included.
I doubt a 4th or 5th ticket is gonna do anything else as the gm's don't even read anything in it.
