PaySafeCard Recharge Problem

I just recharged my paysafecard ACC , with 35 euros. I recharged with 30 but now when i try to use the rest it wont recharge it just stays like this loading for minutes.... i changed the country ,i tried after 10 minutes...nothing worked.
