Well... I'm going to suggest 2 suggestions that might improve the community..
First Suggestion : Updating the account's security.
How to update it? Well, changing email or password is very easy in this version of CF...
How to improve it?
Just a little edit.. Simply, while changing an Email or Password.. send a code to the current email to verify it, so no one except the owner can change it.
Why shall it be updated?
Through a personal experience, spammy emails and fake pages are being a lot these days, I've been a victim of a fake email once.. and got my account hacked. I got it back, but stills updating the security would be much better.
What will happen if I don't have access to that email?
Simply contact Account Admin with Information the proof you're the owner of the account and request to change it.
Now let's move to second suggestion : Live Chat Support.
How this suggestion will be? Well.. Some people that will be chosen by the game masters (GMs) which will include Moderators as well, will have a section in the forum called Live Chat, in this section, you'll be able to contact directly with an agent that you could ask him for help or about anything that is included in the game.
This will improve the community a lot and will make the game much easier, specially for new players who doesn't have any experience in CrossFire.
How it will be?
There will be a specific time those agents work on the Live Chat Support, during that time, they will be available to help others who request an agent.
The agents could help the other players by answering their questions, explaining the rules, or it can even about Account issues or anything else, and I suggest to make Account Admin as Live Chat.. this will be much easier and quicker because sometimes when you send a ticket it will take a long period to get an answer, and in that period shits can happen..
