Fix the Dragunov and the Cheytac damage

Dragunov does 90-97 damage to the chest like all the time. It never 1 shots people anymore. It's damage is bugged since forever. Same for Cheytac. Sometimes it does 99 damage through a box, even though it has full wallbang.
