2)Did you experience this problem before and how have you been able to resolve it?
3)DXDIAG info - please follow the instructions below:
- a) Open your start menu and select "Run" or "Search"
- b) Type in "dxdiag" and press enter
- c) Press the "Save All Information" button OR take a screenshot of the box that pops up
