Disgusting decision.. NEED TO CHANGE!

When the new management has arrived the capsules shop was changed..
This company doesn't like their customers.. just like money..
I know open capsule is full of luck, but 3-4 month ago i won in every event, if i bought 2-5 caps i won permanent weapons. If i bought 30-40 gp caps i won perm. weapons. But nowadays buy 20+ rp caps and nothing.. buy 100+ gp caps and nothing..

This problem need solution! Customers first!

And we need a permanent weapon for 90 coupons.. make it! Make your customers happy! If we are happy we play more spend more money etc. Do Good things! Make more events etc. Let's make players happy! ;)
