Sup,decided to make a guide on how you can configurate your CF and hopefully make you raise your KDR.
First, let's access CF main folder:
Right click on its icon > Open File location
Now, let's double click the unins00.exe
This step is very important as it'll enable a soft aim-assist while playing. It's extremely useful and deadly on the right hands
Done that, a new window will pop-up, all you need to do is to click the "Next" button.
In my case, I got an error, but since it's CF, it's nothing new:
If you also get this error, then once again go to CF's installation folder, highlight everything and press delete.
Now you might be thinking "Oh, but I just deleted Crossfire how am I gonna play?". Actually no, you didn't delete crossfire. When you install a game, you can always delete the content from its installation folder since only the icon(in your desktop) is needed to play the game.
By deleting the content inside the installation folder you basically disabled the restriction to use aim-assist. The devs needed aim-assist because they were very bad at the game and they decided to put a "restriction" on that aim-assist so that normal players wouldn't be able to use it. Nope, this is not banneable.
